Who We Are

We exist for one reason: to help Caymanians prosper.

We are the Caymanians First Charitable Foundation. We invest in education, entrepreneurship, and community advocacy because we believe the Cayman Islands are nothing without their people, and no nation truly prospers while its own citizens are left behind.

Mission & Purpose

Our Purpose

We make no apologies for putting Caymanians first. That is our mission. That is our promise.

The Caymanians First Charitable Foundation exists to champion the prosperity, opportunity, and wellbeing of Caymanians. Through strategic investment in education, entrepreneurship, and professional advocacy, we serve as a catalyst for local success. We believe the Cayman Islands are nothing without their people, and that no nation can truly prosper while its citizens are left behind.

Our Vision

A Cayman that celebrates its people

We envision a Cayman where hard work and success are celebrated, not penalised; where common sense trumps performative virtue; and where leaders are more loyal to their own people than to global elites. We strive for a nation where every Caymanian can afford to live, work, and raise a family with dignity in their own country.

Our Principles

What we stand for, and what we do about it

We believe Cayman is its people. Every principle below is paired with the work that puts it into practice.

  1. Caymanians First.

Every dollar we raise is spent for the benefit of Caymanians. Our programmes are designed by Caymanians, governed by a Caymanian board, and measured by what changes in Caymanian lives.

  2. Opportunity over dependency.

We invest in Caymanians who want to build a future here. Skills for Success funds training, certification, and mentoring so that Caymanians can compete for the best jobs in their own economy.

  3. Financial security from the start.

Eloise CASH Accounts give Caymanian children a savings base at birth, so that the habit of ownership begins early and no child starts from zero.

  4. Enterprise and hard work, celebrated.

We back Caymanian entrepreneurs and tradespeople with practical support, and we tell their stories, because success earned at home is the best argument for the next generation to stay.

  5. Heritage as strength.

We fund the preservation and teaching of Caymanian culture, crafts, and history. Cultural continuity is not nostalgia; it is what holds a community together through change.

  6. Accountability, starting with ourselves.

We publish our accounts, name our board, and report our results. We expect the same transparency from every institution that spends money in the name of Caymanians, and we support work that holds them to it.

Every principle above puts Caymanians first — and we make no apologies for that.
