Eligibility Criteria
- Be Caymanian
- Enrolled in, applied to, or accepted to an accredited vocational/training institution (local or overseas) approved by the Foundation
- Demonstrate financial need
- Demonstrate good character, discipline, and leadership potential
- Show commitment to community service and personal development

- Leadership ability and community involvement
- Fair and transparent
- Based on merit, need and alignment with Cayman’s future workforce
